After years of working in both the profit and non-profit sectors, Robby and Tyler joined forces to bring their gifts and experiences together to offer a well-balanced and multi-generational assessment and approach to the clients the serve. McGeeInc offers coaching/consulting services to executives, owners, operators and employees of large and small businesses, helping them to develop and achieve strategic objectives, identify and eliminate barriers to growth and to service many other pain points associated with operating a business. Our clients work in numerous industries including service companies, restaurants, real estate, transportation services, private equity groups and more.
Robby worked for 15 years as the business manager of a church in Nashville, TN overseeing growth and expansion of the organization from 200 - 2000 people, a $10M building project and growing staff. After this he became the CEO of an organization with over $200M AUM. Robby has also owned and operated numerous small business including multiple transportation businesses, a publishing company, real estate investment and others. He has served on numerous non profit boards and loves using the gifts, talents and experiences God has given him to build the Kingdom and help others do the same. Robby currently lives in Frisco, TX with his wife of 36 years, Vanessa.
Vanessa works with individuals and teams in both the profit and non-profit sector in the area of strength and personality assessments. Having worked in this specific area for over 15 years, she brings a wealth of experience in not only how to understand the different dynamics of individuals in the workplace, but how to celebrate these differences through recognizing them as strengths. Through her coaching and consulting, organizations see their employee synergy and productivity increase as co-workers discover their strengths, weaknesses and what it looks like to be appreciated in the workplace!
Tyler is a dynamic young executive with experience in capital acquisition, strategic consulting, leadership development, and asset management. His background includes implementation of investment strategies across various alternative investment types, client acquisition, team development, and business expansion. Tyler loves using his gift for problem solving to help clients push through growth barriers and design the business that best serves them, their family and community. Tyler and his wife Summer reside in Frisco, TX with their son and two daughters. They are actively involved in their community and excited to see all God has for those around them come to past.

Executive coaching
In 2014 both Robby and Tyler decided to expand their skill sets by becoming certified Master Coaches. Coaching is a powerful tool for those who are wanting help getting unstuck in any area of life. Whether you're stuck financially, relationally, physically or in any other area coaching provides a sustainable relationship where you have someone you can trust to process life with and hold your personal life in confidence. We have found that many of our Executive clients often feel they have nowhere to turn because everyone is typically looking to them for answers; therefore our coach / client relationship becomes a very important and safe place to process.
Fractional Ceo/COO services
As a company grows and or transitions there is often a need for an Executive level leader to help give insight into new seasons. Hiring a fractional CEO or COO gives you the ability to get high level executive help and experience without committing to a long term timeline or a high amount of overhead in salary and benefits. These services are completely tailored to the organization and circumstances varying from once a week engagement to daily involvement for a period of 6 months to a year.

One of the things we have grown to love is serving on advisory boards to bring a unique perspective and insight into great organizations. Because of our vast experiences and relationships we love developing long term relationships where we can be there to help leaders and their companies navigate long term goals and objectives.
Coaching concierge
Our coaching concierge was created to service high net worth individuals in a long term relationship. As life moves and shifts their are constantly new challenges and opportunities with family, health, business, investing and every other major area of life. Coaching Concierge is a service by which we develop long term relationships with clients who want the flexibility to pick up the phone and have a coach available when life strikes. Coaches and clients have an on going relationship, but are quickly available when extra time is required.
Life design program
Our life design program is intended to help someone hone in on who they are and what they feel called to be and do in life. We take and asses every major area of life and develop a course of action to determine both where you want to be and how you want to get there. This 6 week program has a predetermined design and agenda to help you design the life you want to live and start pushing down that charted course.
