After years of working in both the profit and non-profit sectors, Robby and Tyler joined forces to bring their gifts and experiences together to offer a well-balanced and multi-generational assessment and approach to the clients the serve. McGeeInc offers coaching/consulting services to executives, owners, operators and employees of large and small businesses, helping them to develop and achieve strategic objectives, identify and eliminate barriers to growth and to service many other pain points associated with operating a business. Our clients work in numerous industries including service companies, restaurants, real estate, transportation services, private equity groups and more.
Robby worked for 15 years as the business manager of a church in Nashville, TN overseeing growth and expansion of the organization from 200 - 2000 people, a $10M building project and growing staff. After this he became the CEO of an organization with over $200M AUM. Robby has also owned and operated numerous small business including multiple transportation businesses, a publishing company, real estate investment and others. He has served on numerous non profit boards and loves using the gifts, talents and experiences God has given him to build the Kingdom and help others do the same. Robby currently lives in Frisco, TX with his wife of 36 years, Vanessa.
Vanessa works with individuals and teams in both the profit and non-profit sector in the area of strength and personality assessments. Having worked in this specific area for over 15 years, she brings a wealth of experience in not only how to understand the different dynamics of individuals in the workplace, but how to celebrate these differences through recognizing them as strengths. Through her coaching and consulting, organizations see their employee synergy and productivity increase as co-workers discover their strengths, weaknesses and what it looks like to be appreciated in the workplace!
Tyler is a dynamic young executive with experience in capital acquisition, strategic consulting, leadership development, and asset management. His background includes implementation of investment strategies across various alternative investment types, client acquisition, team development, and business expansion. Tyler loves using his gift for problem solving to help clients push through growth barriers and design the business that best serves them, their family and community. Tyler and his wife Summer reside in Frisco, TX with their son and two daughters. They are actively involved in their community and excited to see all God has for those around them come to past.
